　空気は直接見ることができないが、花びらが空気中を飛翔することでその残像がみえる。それは空気が光ってみえるとも考えられる。果たして、それは、花びらなのか、空気なのか、花びらと空気の関係なのか、鑑賞者によってその残像の解釈はことなる。

　鑑賞者の意識の中で、「あるようで、ない。　ないようで、ある。」という状態になる。 螺旋を描きながら舞い散る花びらに「空」を感じ、森羅万象の原理にいたるまで見つめていただければ、私の心はあなたに届くことでしょう。

We cannot see the air itself, but when a petal dances through it, a trace remains a lingering image that makes the invisible visible.
In that moment, it might seem as though the air is glowing.

But what are we truly seeing?
Is it the petal?
Is it the air?
Or is it the relationship between the two?

Each viewer interprets this afterimage differently. It exists and does not exist, just as something may seem to be there and yet not be. This ambiguity resides in the consciousness of the observer. If you can sense the “sky” in a petal spiraling through the air, and follow that sensation all the way to the fundamental principles of nature, then perhaps, in that quiet moment, my heart will have reached yours.
